This is what happens during Job Fair in China.
China produces more than a million graduates a year. Singapore produces around 5,000 graduates a year. If 10 - 20% of China graduates cannot find jobs at homes and 1 - 2% heading to Singapore a year. It will flood the market easily. This will happen when their markets are saturated in times to come. English proficiency is improving by leaps and abounds in these countries due to competitive markets.
